For the longest time, forever in fact, we’ve always called Maria Sur or Sur Dulge (sp?).  I’m not sure why to be honest.  And typically when that’s the case, we blame it on the blasphemous mouth of Vickie Vedder, but anyway, we saw this sign in CA, definitely a coastal CA reference to Big Sur, but we saw it as a picture perfect family moment!
